Ekhidna is a Creature/Monster in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. g. You can occasionally find a Greater Mutagen in loot, but you will shortly end up with so many, it's easier to just craft them. Brew superior oils and potions as soon as you have all the ingredients, go to Skellige just for that sweet sweet Ekhidna mutagen (I assume you have already grabbed the recipe when chasing Avallac'h with Keira). Ekhidnamutagen are used to craft Ekhidna-Absud.
